Bob Wallace, founder of Artemus Consulting Group and former Director of the CIA's Office of Technical Service, will be speaking Friday evening, 7pm, April 5th, at the Soldiers', Sailors', Marines', Coast Guard and Airmens' Club in NYC. The historic club known and visited by thousends of military personnel over the years is located not far from Grand Central at 283 Lexington Avenue. Wallace will be sharing information from his latest book, "Spy Sites of New York City" The event is open to the public.

Longtime Artemus Consulting Group friend, Danny Biederman will kick off the Festival, Tuesday evening April 2nd, 6:30 at the Alex Theater in Glendale, California with a book signing of his "The Incredible World of SPY-FI". Many Agency personnel will fondly remember his extensive exhibit of spy artifacts at CIA Headquarters in Langley. The Festival will continue with a showing of "License to Kill" starring Timothy Dalton as "007" at 7:30 and  will be followed with an on-stage discussion with film co-star David Hedison (DEA Agent Felix Leiter). The University of Maine at Presque Isle announced that Bob Wallace, founder of Artemus Consulting Group, will be speaking at the University's Distinquished Lecturer Series on March 7th. The Series which is open to the public will be at the University's Campus Center at 7:00 PM. Wallace's subject will be on "How 20th Century Technology Transformed 20th Century Espionage" and will be gleaned from his 32 year service with the Central Intelligence Agency and particular his experiences as Director of the Office of Technical Service. His book, "SPYCRAFT: The Secret History of the CIA's Spytech's from Communism to Al-Qaeda" has been wildly acclaimed throughout the intelligence community and provides some background for his address.

Bob Wallace, founder of Artemus Consulting Group, has announced the addition of John Turnicky to our growing list of Associates. John, long time senior level officer of the Central Intelligence Agency, served as Deputy Director and then as Director of Security of the Agency before retiring from the USG. He is a Career security and counterintelligence professionel with senior level experience in  Government and industry. His 35 years experience encompassing all facets of the security and counterintelligence disciplines affords him a unique perspective of the many security needs and challenges facing the Intelligence Commiunty, DoD and private industry today.
