 Robert W. (Bob) Wallace
Founded Artemus Consulting Group in 2004 after retiring from a thirty-two year career with the Central Intelligence Agency. Between 1995-2002 Mr. Wallace served as Deputy Director and Director of the CIA's Office of Technical Service and directed the office's global response to the 9/11 terrorist attack on the United States. As a senior CIA executive combined with 18 years of field experience, Wallace has been honored for working effectively with decision-makers in the intelligence community, private sector and Congress. He is a dynamic public speaker and co-author of NINE FROM THE NINTH (2002), a memoir of Vietnam War experiences with the 75th Infantry Rangers and SPYCRAFT: The Secret History of the CIA's Spytechs from Communism to Al-Qaeda, to be released in 2008.

 James Cotsana, Jr.
Served twenty-three years experience as an Operations Officer and Senior Manager with the Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Operations and Directorate of Science and Technology. As Department Chief of CIA Counterterrorist Center, Mr. Cotsana directed the Department's mission to identify and disrupt terrorist plans, methods of operation and plots. He managed the Agency's covert communications operations and coordinated counterintelligence programs to protect personnel and facilities. Mr. Cotsana, a member of the CIA's Senior Intelligence Service, retired in 2005. |
William M. (Beau) Glanton
Held senior positions in the CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology and served 29 years as a manager and technical officer for highly specialized intelligence collection operations. Mr. Glanton subsequently joined the U.S. Department of State as a Senior Inspector for Security and Intelligence Oversight where he was responsible for conducting security and intelligence inspections of U.S. Diplomatic Missions worldwide. He is recognized throughout the Intelligence Community as an expert in physical security with focus on vulnerability assessment and offensive attack. |
Jerry V. Catt
Forty years experience in management, marketing and public affairs positions, developing public-private partnerships to enhance service and product delivery and corporate positioning. Mr Catt's extensive experience includes serving as Executive Director of Foundation Services, Inc. and The Minneapolis Foundation where he coordinated philanthropic efforts and needs assessment throughout the metropolitan Twin Cities area. He chaired the Governor's Commission on Juvenile Prostitution, working with law enforcement, community non-profit organizations and private resources. As President of a multi million dollar health care and rehabilitation company, Mr. Catt directed services to over twenty long term care facilities in Minnesota. His twenty years in pastoral and Campus Ministry positions in California, Minnesota and Kansas provided broad experience in counseling and problem solving.
